If yours internet provider don't get you static Ip, every reboot yours ip is different and you don't can access to yours computer (ftp,web etc.)
DynamicIPSender automaticaly send mail on reboot at yours web mail account with dynamic IP assigned.
Mail sending doesn't work behind firewall with port 25 closed.
SMTPServer: name of mail server (see yours mail account configuration). Port: destination port of mail server (25 default port). User, Password: yours valid mail account ("suvers", "VeRyCoMpLeXPaSsWoRd"). Home
